My grade is not showing for a course

Problem
The semester has ended but the grade for one of my courses is blank or shows "IP" / "In Progress".
Solution
Grades appear only after the lecturer submits and the department approves the grade sheet.
- Blank grade: the grade sheet has not been submitted yet — check with the lecturer.
- IP / In Progress: submitted but awaiting approval.
The help desk cannot change grades. If the lecturer confirms submission more than 5 working days ago, raise a ticket with the course code so we can check the approval workflow.
