A registered course is not showing on my dashboard

I registered for a course but it does not appear under My Courses, or the lecturer cannot see me on the class list.

The semester has ended but the grade for one of my courses is blank or shows "IP" / "In Progress".

Two of my registered courses are scheduled at the same time on my timetable.

I can't log in to the Course Management System because I forgot my password, or I get "These credentials do not match our records".
